It's just one touch you can connect right away. I can reserve opportunity as well. It's pretty neat! I just love the clarity of the voice! My husband says for as long as I am happy that's what it counts!
Though on the first day hubby waited for 3 hours and this morning we waited again for 3 hours. We are punctual anyway. It was easy and quick...Got home early then we fetched mom from dialysis Center at 11:00 in the morning ...Happy Me:)

what about the internet charged? maybe it cost a lot every time u browse or it's part on your plan.
